The Job Holder Responsible For

• Head of Business Intelligence directs a business intelligence group centered on providing insight and aiding in business decision-making. Oversees the planning of projects to produce reports and perform meaningful quantitative or qualitative analyses addressing impactful business issues or questions.

• Being a Head of Business Intelligence collaborates with other departments to identify and generate potential business intelligence initiatives, and ensures that business intelligence analysts have the tools, training, and understanding of the field to produce effective dashboards, reports, and metrics. Makes resource allocation and staffing decisions.

• Guide the team to use analysis and business understanding to implement Customer Value Management (CVM) process, which aims to increase Customer value through Finding who are the targeted customers, what to offer them, how to touch them, and Testing metrics to track and measure campaign efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

Data and Reporting:

• Communicate and align with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data requirements.

• Perform analysis of datasets to develop metrics (both financial and non-financial metrics), reports and visualizations mostly for performance management.

• Build data models and use data visualization tools to generate dashboards, reports and presentations that aid in data storytelling. Understanding and interpretation of trends and patterns to provide meaningful insights.

Customer Insight Analysis:

• Have clear guidance on how to use analytic approaches (segmentation and descriptive) to identify meaningful and actionable customer insights from various data sources.
