Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Lead to join our team. The Mobile Lead will be responsible for leading the development of mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms with Flutter, managing a team of developers, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms with Flutter.
- Manage a team of mobile developers, providing guidance, mentoring and technical leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Ensure that mobile applications meet high-quality standards, are reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that projects are delivered within scope and budget.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to mobile application development.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Work with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in mobile application development.
- Strong experience with iOS and Android platforms.
- Experience managing a team of mobile developers.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and services such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Experience with microservice and micro-frontend is a plus.
- Experience with spring, spring boots is a plus.
