\## Job Purpose

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Investor Relations (IR) team, ensuring the smooth execution of investor meetings, conferences, business trips, information disclosure activities, and payment processes. The role contributes to the timely and effective delivery of IR operations while maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

\## Key Accountabilities (1)

\## Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate investor meetings, events, and business travel arrangements.

- Support information disclosure activities and stakeholder coordination.

- Process payment requests and maintain related documentation.

- Provide administrative and operational support for Investor Relations activities and projects.

\## Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

- A Diploma certificate or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Management or a relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role providing executive management support
- Strong organization skills and able to juggle multiple competing tasks / demands
- Able to work independently, exercise judgement and maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Meticulous and pays attention to details

Good English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via email and work with English documents
